any amd A8 6600k will fit in any FM2 socket.
But to work the motherboards BIOS must support that processor. There is no substitute for checking to see.

Well I'm not an AMD guy, so I am not current on their offerings.

If you are shopping for a motherboard for that CPU then it is just a matter of reading the specifications until you see the words that tells you it is compatible with.
Then it is whittling down the choices by deselecting the boards that have additional options you don't want/need.

Newegg.com is a great place to look at current offerings because you can "drill down" by option selections until you get to a handful of candidates.

I want to combine the APU and GPU to increase performance in games. But which board allows this?

It is super easy to find out.
You go to the Asus website > enter the part number in the search box > go to the product page > click on "Support" > Then click the "CPU Support" Tab > and you can see that the A8 6600K is supported as long as the Bios version is 6002 or higher.

And you can do this with any motherboard you are considering.

Don't forget to also check the compatible RAM list (QVL List) while you are there!

Not sure I understand the question.

The processor will work with the graphics card in any system. It is not a matter of "getting them to work together" or anything. If you are worried about the processor being a bottleneck (don't), then you simply need to be looking at more powerful processors. But I don't think the A8 is any slouch.

If you want to get good advice on building a gaming system that is a game-specific performer you might post a question in the Gaming forum or the PC Custom Builds forum. Those nuts will let you know all you need to know!
