Yes. My front, top fan does "clack" or, I would say, makes a faint ticking sound. Haven't gotten around to dismantling anything yet to see why.

I removed the top fan grill (cover) and listened to the fans.
Its not the noise from steel pressure or slapping sound from mounting, its this "noise" exactly (as can be heard on this video, like clicking sound, from 1:18>)
