But it would be more safe getting a new one if the price difference isnt to big.

Link doesnt work but option #3 is a far better option than the rest depending on price.

okay well its $325 total with tax and i get

• Intel® Core™ i3-3120M Processor (3M Cache, 2.1GHz)
• Windows 8 Standard 64 - English
• 15.6" HD WXGA (1366 X 768) LED Backlight w/ 720p HD Camera
• Intel® HD Graphics 4000
• 4 GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600MHz SODIMM Memory
• 320GB, 5400RPM Serial ATA 2.5" Hard Drive
• DVD Recordable Serial ATA
• 11b/g/n Wi-Fi wireless
• No Bluetooth
• 1 Year Standard Depot Warranty
• Industry Standard Touchpad
• 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery (Up to 5 Hours Run Time)

Assuming this is a good deal for scratch and dent, do you think it will die after 1 year? meaning is there any good reason to think it would? 1 year depot warranty

this is for mom who only browses web and watches Hulu and netflix. It wont leave her desk..

I still recommend option 3 simply because it has a bigger Hard Drive and a slightly better CPU and its also cheaper
