    Hi, Welcome to forums

Is your hdd visible in disk management?

    Try these steps:

    Open Command Prompt. (CMD)
    Type: diskpart
At the DISKPART prompt, type: list volume
Make note of the number of the simple volume whose drive letter you want to assign, change, or remove.
At the DISKPART prompt, type: select volume n
Select the volume, where n is the volume's number, whose drive letter you want to assign, change, or remove.
At the DISKPART prompt, type one of the following: assign letter=L
Where L is the drive letter you want to assign or change.

Is it visible in BIOS? Can you connect it to a different PC and check, if it is visible there?

From the screen shot of disk managment, I see couple of drives (500 GB, 430.51 GB). But, I don't see them that they are formatted or drive letter assigned to them.

Here's how you can assign drive letter to them. Drive Letter - Add, Change, or Remove in Windows
