    That is your Laptops Model Number .. Does your Stick Adapter have a Driver Installed for it ... Go to the Device select it right click select Details there will be a Hardware ID there Post it ...

    Go to the Device Manager USB ports you should see your usb stick there .. Select it right click then Details Hardware ID ..

    Seems the Driver is Installed for that Device ... I reckon your Stick did not come with a Disc for Insulation ... Are there any errors beside the Device ?

    In my experience these stick Connections are a bit hit and miss .. Work some times other they dont .. Can not see a factory reset helping ..
