and when i go to the disk managment they they said you must initialize a disk before Logical Disk Manager can access it. I dont want to initialize because i will lose all my data.

People have been able to recover from "drive gone unallocated" by using MiniTool Partition Wizard.
Download here: Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition.
You can install the program in Windows, or run it off a Bootable CD or flash drive.

You then use the tool to Rebuild the MBR (assuming the disk was originally initiated MBR and not GPT.)
Directions here: How to Rebuild MBR with partition magic? Partition Wizard Rebuild MBR Video Help.

If the rebuild is successful then you need to give the partition(s) a drive letter, which you can do in PW also.

    See if that works.

Are you saying that your version of Partition Wizard does not have a Rebuild MBR option, or that the option is greyed out, or that it will not work with your drive?
