High speed 128GB USB stick - what to do with it

I bought this 128GB USB3 flash drive because it was only $49.99 with a Promo Code. Now I ask myself what to do with it. It has a pretty impressive R/W speed. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Right, I thought of that. But since I do not have Enterprise and do not want to buy another Windows key, this is going to be difficult. I could do it though with some of my Linux distros that I am familiar with.

Remember that I got that on top of 2 external SSDs, 1 external SSHD, a half a dozen external HDDs and a box full of USB2 and USB3 sticks (none that big though).

Maybe I use it with my new Asus Transformer. That has only a 30GB SSD where I currently have 13GB of free space left. I am already using a 64GB MicroSD card for data and images, but the 128GB stick could provide ample new space since the Transformer has a USB3 port.

Nevertheless - other ideas would be welcome.
