    SSD advice


    Looking to buy a new ssd to store big games for fast loading. i already got a ssd for my os and 2tb drive for storage.

    I am thinking of getting this one

    I am open any other ssd options. But if possible post a website with canada prices.

    Hi DarthZash,

    If it's just for games then in my opinion any SSD will do, cheap and cheerful, the one you linked too looks great and will do the job fine. If it was an OS drive then everyone has their options on what's best but really if it is just a secondary drive for games then you don't need to go for the best, just get as big as you can as cheap as you can. I don't think I have heard anything bad about the M500, it's a pretty decent drive even for an OS.

    Here are a few options that are a bit cheaper but just as good. I own the Mushkin - it is very good. I think it is the fastest of the lot. But I would buy any of the others too.

    If you want to be adventurous, buy two of those and Raid them. Then you have an F18.
