DVD drive not working

    Both windows are activated.
    Both installs work fine.
    Both windows are up to date and am running Ultimate
      My Computer

    I've went through the registry as asked
    Who requested you to go through the registry?

    Could you post a screen shot of both drives with only one hooded up at a time.

    This is puzzling. Could you unhook the drive you are not having the problem with and then boot into the drive you are having a problem with?
    Then go into Device Manager and check and update the driver to the DVD.
