Computer will not goto sleep on timer, will sleep when manually done

Somehow it has a my custom plan1.
I want to delete my custom plan 1 because it does not work.
I change settings to 1 minute, it does not sleep.

IF I click start then sleep, yes it will sleep.

It used to sleep, I made some changes somehow custom plan 1 got invoked and now it does not do what I have it set to do.

adding, following this I was able to delete that plan
    seeing if balanced will sleep.

I yanked out the AT x1300 pro and I put in an nvidia geforce 6200.
And now the computer goes to sleep on the timer.

I had installed the ATI driver for win7 for this card from the visiontek site. x1000 series driver.

I also think before I installed that driver with it running on the one win7 installs, that it slept ok.
the ccc offered no performance improvement to the card, just management options, so to me not worth doing.
