This keyboard works fine on my laptop and another keyboard does the same thing on this computer. (The computer is new. Operating system windows 7 (64) I've tried switching languages. Didn't know how much I used those keys.

Go to the Control Panel and select Region and Language.

Then select the Keyboards and Languages tab

    Select Change keyboards

Make sure keyboard is set to US

    KeyTweak Solved the Problem

Yes, it was set to US. The problem was the keys were mapped wrong. There were a couple of other errors as well. I found a free program to change key mapping...KeyTweak. Fortunately there was a function key that said, "Set to Default." That was all I had to do.

    Thanks for responding.
