BlackX 5G Thermaltake external dock - HDD not regocnized

I plugged the dock into a laptop I have and the dock worked w/no problem. The problem seems to be USB 3 on my desktop that I built.

USB 3 failing - Asrock A75 Pro4-m


Not really solved...but the dock is not at fault.
