    List any Problem devices
    • Click the Start orb, type msinfo32 into the search box. Hit Enter
    • Click the + sign next to Components to expand it
    • Click Problem Devices. Anything appear?
    • If yes, click on it, Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy it, Ctrl-V to paste into next post
    • On the other hand, if no devices are listed, tell me so

    Well, that device is definitely part of the motherboard Intel chipset. I'll have a look at the drivers on Dell's site and will post back later.

    /* EDIT */
    p.s. In the mean time, just for the heck of it, also reinstall the Chipset Driver (i only see one for Intel Management Engine) plus the System Board (i see just the USB 3.0 driver)

    Type regedit in the start search box

    Once in the Registry Editor expand "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"

    Next Expand "SOFTWARE"

    Next Expand "INTEL"

    Click on "Infinst"

    On the right hand side of the screen you will see which Version
