    Code 43 with USB Keyboard

I'm sure that this question has been asked before but mine might be a little different. I have recently bought an Alesis Q88 midi keyboard that I use with my desktop. About 50% of the time, when I turn it on (the keyboard), I get the error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" and every time I have to restart my computer. The keyboard itself has no drivers as it is "class compliant" with midi. I find that having to restart my computer so much is very inconvenient. How do I resolve this issue without having to restart my computer all of the time? Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks for the article! Unfortunately, it did not do anything to alleviate the problem. Now it states this in the properties tab:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

You need to restart your computer before the changes you made to this device will take effect.

Even if it did fix the problem, it is stating that I have to restart my computer to "save changes," which I am trying to avoid having to do. Thanks for your help though.
