Hmmm, I'm still stumped. The HD2 folder is only 80GB, Free space ~ 80GB.
Deeper search
Open an Elevated Command Prompt (run as Admin)
Type:
cd \
dir /s /a > ListcDrive.txt
exit
attach ListcDrive.txt to a new post
you might have to put it in a compressed folder due to forum size limits.
Good - now remember where you found it. Yes, hopefully you can avoid a Reset if you can reclaim the free space. I'll look at the c:\ drive listing I requested above and see if I can's determine where the space is used.
If I cannot, then the Reset will take care of the issue by erasing the drive as part of it's process. But... you'll need to find 80 GB of storage or hope that another Lucid Puppy copy can pull the data off the old drive without chewing up your c:\ drive.
Rock and a hard place. I don't know if you can afford an external HD, but that would be the easiest. With a new ext HD, you could copy the HD2 folder to it.
Hit a problem:
Just a snag - you cannot write to c:\
The commands below will write the output to your desktop.
Open an Elevated Command Prompt (run as Admin)
Type:
cd \
dir /s /a > C:\Users\Binker028\Desktop\ListcDrive.txt
exit
Okay, got it
Just a notation: the full screens are difficult to read.
Try grabbing just the Cmd prompt window
Ctrl+Alt+PrtScrn (captures just the active window to the clipboard)
Open Paint (simple graphics editor)
Ctrl+V (pastes clipboard into Paint)
Ctrl+S (saves file - note where the file is being saved, file name is up to you, but make it meaningful)
example of a window capture attached - much easier to read. Don't worry too much about it, the data is more important than the presentation. If I can't read it, I'll ask you for another image.
For cdm, I should just type
cd \
dir /s /a
right?
Because it's not really looking like your example image above.
EDIT: Okay wait, I fixed this by doing some editing via Paint to make this easier, though you may have to dl this to zoom in

The file you attached is fine - the cmds you entered were correct.
- the image I attached, as I stated, is just an example of a window capture attached
Sorry if I confused you
Now, back to the issue at hand.... free space.
From your file
Total Files Listed:
112436 File(s) 141,377,051,719 bytes
79909 Dir(s) 78,992,019,456 bytes free
The space is being consumed somewhere you can't see it, even with Run as Admin. That's only about 144 GB used, but Windows reports about 418 GB used. Free space is reported the same either way.
I decided to review the screen shots you posted with PW and Disk Mgmt
They present data slightly differently.
I'd like to see a new Partition Wizard (PW) main window
(you can try the screen capture I suggested above - if it doesn't work, just grab the full screen and I'll deal with it on my side)
I'd also like to eliminate an unknown.
Uninstall SUPERdelete. I don't know the application, it might take precautions and save a copy before deletion.
Nope, that a good example of where I'd ask for another image or multiple images. even zoomed, I cannot read the text on the image.
The actual text file was fine and it's better for large files. Images like the one you posted (and I quoted) get murky and are of no use
edit: Please read and follow Post# 99. thanks
