    Longanus sorry late reply mate but I never ever use those driver finders I always go for the manufacturers site - even the Windows updates feature I am not a fan of

    Now this is the Realtek site and the only thing is it has two 8192 models and I am not sure which one you need Realtek see my pic
    I am sure it is the top circled one. By the by I found this by just Googling what the HW Info found in your pic

i was playing steam last night and my pc went to sleep randomly i hit the restart button and it put me at a screen safe mode or startup windows normally and my keyboard and mouse would not work at all. If i was able to get into the bios i would probably be able to fix it but i cant do anything.
