Yes see if you can run Furmark, you'll have to look at the display for anything unusual, tearing, artifacts, etc.

I wonder if your monitor is going bad?

    Furmark doesnt give any issu.
Monitor is fine as I have used same with my laptop from last 2 weeks when my CPU and mobo was RMA'ed.

I recently got a shutdown and when I start it ask for run in safe mode.. bla.. bla..

I think it has created some dumps, etc? If yes let me know what should I upload? So maybe now you can check for drive issue?

IF you have had any BSOD's you will have dump files, otherwise not.

Didn't you run the drive test and it was okay?

NO it was not BSOD, I was working and suddenly my system shut down.
Yes, I have tested drives and it was fine.

    That must be quite frustrating.

Reviewing what has been done to now is:

    • Testing power supply with a multimeter - result: good.
    • Testing the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tool - result: good
    • Testing the Video Card with Furmark - result: unknown
    • Testing other hard drives - result: unknown
    • Cleaning the CPU pins > result: total replacement instead

In Post #34 Archie gave you a few steps to take (uninstalling).

Did you do everything suggested in his post?

    Yes, I have already done.

It would seem the PSU is failing when it's under load perhaps. You only said you got a black screen, not a complete shut down?

Let me tell you few things.. Maybe that way you get all the info :)

I have tested my PSU with voltmeter under load and +12V reading was 12.04 something, means not to high and same for +5. So PSU looks fine?

Now after testing all the things I send my Mobo and CPU to RMA, they send me new CPU, it was sealted (dont know if it is new or old) but it looks new as the heatsink is completely clean and CPU pins looks pure gold.
But ASUS send my mobo repaired.
I used the new system in morning and used in under full load and was working fine.
I used Prime 95 and was working fine for 15 minutes, no issue.
Then used After effects and got black screen. My video was rendering and I started watching 720p movie simultaneously on gom player.

After that I run Prime 95 again, no issue.
    Use performance test, no issue.
Used every possible way to fill my RAM, using photoshop and after effects, no issue.

Now after using for 10 hours, I am getting black screen again. I used prime95 now and got black screen within 1 minute.
I restared and again done prime95, got my system hang now within 20 second.

    I used furmark, no issue.

Now what is the reason for this. My PC is killing me (
