You seem to reluctant to supply the data necessary to troubleshoot your issue.

If what you stated about the system temp and the PSU in post #28 is true (we cannot verify, as you did not upload the necessary data as per post #27), then it is your GPU that is failing.

You are getting stop 0x124 BSODs.
    Code:
    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa800ae888f8, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : AuthenticAMD

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
WoW!! nvidia 9800GT as per system specs, EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti DS Superclocked as per the original post #1, ATI Radeon HD 4250 as per the uploaded data; which is actually valid. Why so much differences in information? Have you tried alternate GPUs? And the situation is the same with them all?
    Code:
    ---------------
    Display Devices
    ---------------
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4250
           Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
Chip type: ATI display adapter (0x9715)
               DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
             Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9715&SUBSYS_843E1043&REV_00
         Display Memory: 3064 MB
       Dedicated Memory: 252 MB
          Shared Memory: 2811 MB
           Current Mode: 1920 x 1200 (32 bit) (59Hz)
That's confusing. Please answer this question, and upload the Speccy snap to proceed further.
Edit: Well, now I understand it. But the speccy shot is needed. As the computer is about 4 years old, the temperature is a must to know to troubleshoot a stop 0x124.

    HI

Okay I will upload the temp in few hours if possible as I am away from my system.

And when have you seen " stop 0x124." means at which date?

About my GPU, my onboard has AMD 4250, and 4 years back (i.e. I have started my system with this GPU) I have 9400 GT and after 2 years (I guess) which I have replace with 560ti.
Now I am on stock GPU (AMD 4250) and I have deleted my Nvidia drivers using
    Display Driver Uninstaller 12.8.2
    in safe mode.
Let me know if this thing is resolved?

My question about display is solved.

Stop 0x124 continued from 20/02 to 15/05. But you are having display crashes even after that.

It also appears that the stop 0x124 stopped after changing the GPU to the onboard one; but display issue continued. Now the question is..... what may be the reason behind it.

So the possibility of overheating and inadequate power supply by the PSU appears. Improperly seated hardware components or any loose connection also may cause it.

    As on 29/05 ....

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite
Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Over last few days, all your disks are having controller errors. An example:

    Event[47209]:
    Log Name: System
    Source: Disk
    Date: 2014-05-24T13:33:18.936

    User: N/A
    User Name: N/A
    Computer: paz-pc
    Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR4.
But the controller is system native PCI IDE controller, which should not fail. And, this failure may cause the blackouts as you have experienced.

If the situation remains the same even after uninstalling Daemon Tools and PCProbe, you may need a dismantle and re-seating. And that is another place where the information ablut the system temp will be vital.

Here is a suggestion I have not seen posted here yet. Arc has found that several hard disks are throwing errors. My suggestion is this. Even though you have tested the OS disk with WD tools does not mean another drive is not causing issues. Am I to assume you are using the extra disks to store data for Adobe ect? I would remove connection to all but the OS drive then run Prime95 again. If it does not black out you could have an issue with one of the other drives throwing errors. If it does Black out then I would hazard that the PSU if beginning to fail.

    HI

I have installed a fresh copy of Windows on my other drive with no software added. I installed only chipset and mobo important drivers and After effects to check black screen. I render a video and got black screen. (2 days back).
Today I run Prime95 and got black screen, temp was fine on HQ monitor.
Then I use your dm collector and gathered the data and see attached. PUSH-PC-Fri_05_30_2014_125506_59.zip

    I think driver/software is not a issue.

Edit: I have run Speccy on my old installed windows, and attached zip is the new installed windows.
If you need new windows installed Speccy let me know.

You have done a good job.

Vanilla windows installation, onboard graphics, and still Display crash.

Specially when the temperature is totally under control.

A lot of factors got minimized by this way. And, now it is also sure that it is a hardware issue.

So let us do some further steps.

First make it sure that there is no loose connection or improper seating of the hardware. Do a dismantle and re-seating. No need to open the CPU and heatsneak; otherwise you will need to apply some thermal paste while reseating those.

Then try to replicate the issue. Does it still continue? If so, apply any other PSU and see how it goes.

Does it cause the same display crash even after changing the PSU? Let us know.

    I think driver/software is not a issue.
No new crash dump is there, that means it was not a BSOD but only a display crash. And, we can certainly assign the issue to hardware. Still, as you made a clean install, better you upload the essential drivers and windows.

It will not make a difference, cause it is system temperature, irrespective of operating system.

Prime is used to test the CPU. :)
Your HDDs are WD and Samsung, so you need WD Data Lifeguard or Samsung HUTIL to test those.

We have noticed the errors in your system logs. Within last two weeks.

    HI

I have checked for the loose connection, there is no problem. It is well placed.

I have tested this using normal Intel 450W PSU with no GPU added, and got the same Black screen.
I have even tested my Seasonic PSU with multimeter and reading was stable.

About HDD: Maybe that error was because of non normal shutdown? (Don;t know the term of that )

But I have used WD Data Life Gurad, andit says PASS. Can you tell me for which section should I run that. It has many settings.

What comes in my mind is the mobo may be gone faulty as it is 3 years old.

What do the Capacitors on the Motherboard look like? See any that are bulged or leaking?
