Why does my SSD suck?
I wrote about my process of enabling AHCI here.
And here is the increased speed I got after finally getting it done.
Why is it do slow?
Is the SSD plugged into the Port O?
That's the Sata 3.
Hmm, let me take a look...
I always assumed there's a 0 port before 1...but it doesn't look like there is one.

According to the manual snip you posted, all of the ports on your motherboard are SATA-2 (3Gb/s).
So unless there is an add-on SATA controller that provides SATA-3 (6Gb/s) functionality then you are confined to SATA-2 speeds using that board.
Typically, that is a safe assumption.I always assumed there's a 0 port before 1...but it doesn't look like there is one.
I understand I don't have 6GB/s support...I guess what I'm wondering is if those speeds are indicative of 3GB/s.
It just seems like it should be faster, as it isn't much faster than my regular, platter drives.
I just ran a speed test on one of my hdds ( that is plugged into Sata 111) and yours are quite a bit higher, even though you only have Sata 11, so I would say you're getting correct speeds for that board.
