Corrupt message on chkdsk.
Help. This is the first time I got this message. Also, whenever I try to boot up my pc, it gives me an idle black screen and sometimes, a blue screen. I have not decompressed my disk yet.

If it gives you a bsod(blue screen) you need to follow these instructions to post the dump file from the blue screen:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Since check disk is showing some files are corrupt; it means something happened to them in the saving of them onto the hard drive. Before posting the blue screen logs; do a complete check disk by rebooting and letting windows scan if you have not already done so. But!; instead of doing just the checkdisk command; do a chkdsk /f command which will try and fix errors on the disk if possible. |
