Chobbs did you run that chipset update? You said it looks up to date but not that you ran it/
Hi iCit2LOL,
I did update the drivers. I even downloaded an older driver and reverted to the older drive and when that didn't fix it, i tried the latest driver again to no avail.
A little frustrating :/
Just an afterthought Chobbs mate can you run this just to eliminate any problems here
MEMTEST
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.htmlthis one you will need to make a bootable disk set theBIOS to optical (or USB if preferred) boot the machine and let it run for at LEAST 8passes unless the errors come up straight away. Takes fair timeto complete and some leave it running overnight.
Ifthe errors come up quickly then you can stop it and you will have to test eachstick and maybe in each slot to sort the bad one out.
i tried the memtest via usb drive.
I got this screen (see picture) for the main memtest and every time it would clear one pass, at about 10% into the second pass, my computer would reboot.
For all the passes i did, none of them showed any error and i tried this process over 8 times.
What do you suggest i do next?

Chobbs I know this is tedious but can you try the test with one stick at a time it could be one of them is bad and stopping the machine.
Also this could also be down to a slot in the motherboard but run the one stick method and If the stick passes in one sot try it in the other to eliminate the second slot.
