Running a disc repair on a ssd

Hello all.Just installed Glary utilities as suggested by a friend that is well up on computing.
My question is there is an option in the software to run a Disc Repair,Now would that be okay to run this as my computer has a SSD.
I just want to double check on this just in case of a disaster.
    Thanks.

Why did you install Glary and why do you want to run a Disk Repair? Unless you are having problems, don't. If you are having problems what are they? We can help.

Those utilities can and will get you in trouble if you don't know how to use them.

I just told you which to use.

Uninstall Glary Utilities which can get you in trouble. It isn't in the list I gave you.
