Good news first, yes you'll be able to use your Radeon 7850 in a Intel rig.
What make you think you'll need a new PSU?

    Not nearly enough info.

There are dozens of "good" in each category you mention.

We have NO IDEA about any of the following:

    Budget

What you will primarily use the PC for

What dealers you may want to buy from

    When you will buy

Whether or not you will need a new case, monitor, RAM, or other parts

And I'm wondering why you've already decided on a water cooler.

What games? At what settings? At what resolution?

It's kinda pointless to develop a parts list when you have no budget.

It's also pointless to develop a parts list if you aren't going to build in the next month. Prices change constantly and new and improved products arrive frequently.

It's up to you to come up with dealers. The standard decent sources would include Newegg, Amazon, and Tiger Direct, but if you live in Timbuktu you may be forced elsewhere. I assume you'll be buying in the UK, so you need input from UK people about sources there.

If this is your case, it should be ATX compliant. Maybe not the quietest or coolest or sturdiest, but at least usable:

If you get a current modern motherboard, you are likely to need DDR3 RAM, probably 1.5 volt.
