    Mouse pad on HP EliteBook Folio 9470 not working


    Hi,

    I have a 2 month old HP EliteBook Folio 9470m laptop. The mouse pad used to work, but it no longer does. I went into Control Panel, Mouse, and Device Settings and everything is enabled correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated.
