    Belkin wireless problem

I'm using windows 7 64 bit and its working fine except one problem. I have a belkin fd8055 usb wireless adapter. It acts just like it did in vista 64 bit sp2 when it boots from a cold boot. While booting, the little internet strenth bars on the bottom right side start menu has a little blue hour glass hovers over the strenth bars Then a red x appears. I then have to replug the adapter into the next usb port over from it. The little blue hour glass hovers over the strength bars then a yellow symbol appears then it connects. I've upgraded drivers from belkin still I have to replug the usb adapter every time I cold boot.
I would appreaciate the help. Thanks

    Two things:
Are all your drivers up to date?

What are the Power Management settings like? Control Panel>Device Manager>Network Adapters>Power Mangement
