    Driver problem


    I have been having the following problems with my Dell laptop.
    1. I can not download anything. when it says save or open, I say open and it hangs there. if I say save, it says failed and asks to retry and then hangs.
    2. it does not sense my internet modem
    3. it does not sense my Iphone. it only charges the phone but I can not download anything from my phone to my laptop. it does not show the dialog box.
    4. it no longer senses my printer.

    You need to see if you have a hardware issue or a software issue.. those tutorials should assist you ..
