Hello Sameed,

Devlin's post is a direct and valid answer to your question.

You are referring to "ReadyBoost" which is now pretty much useless in today's systems.

The performance and operational characteristics of a flash drive are all wrong for it to be used as RAM. While these devices are sometimes referred to as "memory" they are really just a disk drive, and not a very fast one either. Some Internet articles refer to putting the pagefile on a flash drive as using it as RAM. This is incorrect and the performance gains will be minimal at best. Not recommended. Then there is ReadyBoost. This can be useful on systems with slow disk drives and limited RAM, usually less than 2 GB. But with a reasonably modern system with 4 GB RAM it is doubtful you would notice any difference.

The only thing that can be used as RAM is RAM. There is no substitute.

Which is all true. Plus, even if it could be used, it wouldn't help you. You have a 32 bit OS which can address a maximum of around 3.5GB of ram. You already have 4 GB installed according to your system specs. It can't be used, but even if it could, it would not benefit you.
