Can someone tell what the heck this is?

I think they are called hard drive rails or a hard drive caddy?
They attach to the side of my hard drive & slide into the slot in my PC.

I can't for the life of me find another pair like this.Amazon, newegg, ebay. I get no results to anything similar to them when I search.
The other rails or caddys look nothing like this. They are all different sizes & shapes & won't fit into the slot inside my PC.

They are probably unique to your PC's case manufacturer. I have similar ones in my CoolerMaster case. If I wanted more of that particular type to fit my case, I would probably have to get them from CoolerMaster.

You might have to get yours from whoever makes your case.

They are from an Antec case.

I searched for Antec rails & found none.
Will I literally have to contact them through their official site & email them to see fi they will sell them to me?

Yes. Be sure to have your case model number handy.

You'd be amazed at the results you can get by actually talking to another human. I needed to replace a defective case USB port for a case out of warranty and after explaining the situation to the woman on the phone they actually just sent me one, free of charge.

Are those rails to fit 2.5" disks into 3.5" bays ?? If yes, those are pretty common.

They are for 3.5 hard drive.
I searched for hours, through vvarious sites & even through google images & haven't found one that is identical.

I actually bought a Dell drive rail that looked similar, but would not fit inside the slot in my PC.

You will have to contact Antec to see if they still have them available. If your case is an older one, there is a good chance they won't. That is the reason, after I got my Corsair 650D, I bought several spare HDD trays (an equivalent to the Antec HDD rails) to make sure I would have replacements for any future broken ones.
