when i turn on my pc the screen turns black.

    If this is a case where the system is freezing with a black screen and will not start into Windows, that is another matter entirely.

    You can download current drivers for free from the display company that makes your graphics chip from their website. nVidia or AMD. You can search for and find older drivers too.

    Windows has a built in graphics driver that will work on most PCs. There is little danger of breaking anything - you just may cause yourself more work, if anything. Many people have done this procedure without incident.

    since system is booting in Safe Mode, try following steps, if issue doesn't get resolved only then move to next step,
    try to do a clean boot, try to roll back driver update for video(if any), uninstall the video adapter(not drivers), try to make a new user account and try loggin in the new account in normal mode, uninstall video drivers completely and reinstall the latest drivers

    I have update the driver but still nothing
    I will try the other ones. I did a system restore at it work
