Is this Ram compatible? 4+2GB to 2x8GB

hi sorry for the nooby question but ive never bought ram separately before.

here is the information for the new ram:

    PC3-12800 (1600MHz)
    DDR3
    204 Pin
    Laptop memory upgrade
    Non-ECC
    Non-Parity
    Unbuffered
    1.5V
    Lifetime Warranty

    Komputerbay 16GB (2x 8GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz SODIMM 204-Pin Laptop Memory 10-10-10-27 for PC only - not MAC: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

i have attached a picture of my old ram sticks to save typing out every number on it, i have a samsung np355v5c laptop that will take up to 16gb of ram memory and im worried i might accidentally purchase the wrong type of ram by just assuming the numbers are similar on the new sticks therefore must work.

Above is a link to the specs of the existing RAM from Samsung PDF. See "data sheet - Samsung" from the above link.

Appears to be about as close as you can get--unbuffered, non-ECC, 1.5 volts, PC12800.

You'll never actually know until you try to install it.

I assume you are going to get rid of all the Samsung and use just the new stuff?

I wondering why you think you need more than 6 GB of RAM?

And why you've chosen that brand, which I frankly have never even heard of.

I've never heard of that brand either. I would look into some more well known RAM, like Crucial, Corsair, Mushkin, even Kingston.
