    Unknown Device???


    In tuneup utilities 2010 it tells me this

    i dont know where did this kl1 device came.when i open device manager,i cant find that device

    kl1 is a driver for Kaspersky antivirus.

    In device manager, show hidden devices.

    Under Non-Plug and Play Drivers.

    ok thx,i dont have kaspersky no more,so what should i do with that "device"?

    Right click on it. Uninstall.

    Before you do that, save a restore point. It might adversely affect operations if it was tied into firewall software. Probably not. Restore point = safe to proceed.
