Randomly loosing power to all USB ports than forced to reboot.

This is going on since about 2 months now.
A wrong mouse move and everything stops. All USB ports loose power.

I am web developer and frequently working with js, so my first thought was acceleration , or combo between Skype and Adobe Suite. Wrong.
Changed wireless mouse many time. Changed MX 5500 set twice.
Changed the order of devices connected to USB's
Made sure no bad drivers are there

Made sure the USB "go to sleep" settings are disabled.

Hello and welcome noni mate looks like a muscle machine to little me and a little intimidating and I reckon you would have run these but if not < use the /f option in Option 2 ifnecessary
(I'm just thinking the USB settings are not holding what you set them at)
You are also well covered by an AV I would guess but what about running these

download from bleeping computer delete any rubbishthese find.
