    No USB and SATA Drivers?

Google has given me no answer to this issue (I think because of it mostly being that Driver and Drivers are two words that are very similar...), so I am here to ask for some assistance from the community:

My friend has a Windows 7 Professional x64 machine that boots just fine. One day though, it started giving me an issue with USB thumb drives, where it could not find the drivers for them. This issue them persisted to roll over into any SATA drivers. Any drivers that were there before the issue started had no problems. The drives are recognized in the BIOS, but cannot be found in Disk Management. I can find the drives in Device Manager, but they have no drivers for them.

I've tried a couple of different fixes for them. Tried doing a repair on Windows Update with no help. Ran chkdsk and sfc. Tried doing a repair on the WMI and Windows Installer. I ran an AIO fix-tool from tweaking.com that I refer to as "Tweaker" and this didn't fix the issue either. It can't be something hardware related because it is seeing the drives, but just not finding them in Windows. Any suggestions would be more than helpful. :)

*EDIT* The motherboard for the computer is an Intel DP67BG.

    Open Command Prompt.
    Type Diskpart.
    Then type list disk.
Then post the result here. Post a screen shot of Disk Management too. Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
