HDD Problem!!!

I got some strange problem. My computer refuses to acces my secondary HDD. I can find it in Device Manager and everything but when i open "My Computer" i cant see it in the list with my other HDD. It became so directly after I installed Windows 7. Anyone that might know what to do to get the damn thing to work?

Tried uninstalling it via device manager>scan for hardware changes and let it reinstall.
Are there drivers for it? (i heard some HDD's have drivers?)

What about right clicking Computer on the start menu > Manage > Storage > Disk Management?
Does it appear? If it's SATA, unplug it and replug it.
