HP PSC 1210 Driver

Windows 7 automatically installed the driver for my ancient HP psc 1210 printer driver.

However, just as in Vista 64, the driver has a glitch.

There is always a misalignment in each page that it prints. It started when I upgraded from Windows XP 32 to Windows Vista 64.

I believe it's the fault of the 64-bit driver.

HP doesn't support this printer anymore, because it's sold in 2003.

I am ready to give up on this printer. And I think the only option is to buy a new printer.

It's a shame. The printer still works fine, but no one supports it anymore.

I found this at the HP link below that may hopefully help. It seems that there are only XP drivers available for it other then the default ones used in Windows 7 though.

I regret to report that the misalignment problem with the Vista driver persists with the default driver for Windows 7.

I have already sold this printer on Craigslist, and I have purchased a new printer already.

The new printer is a wireless network printer, and it can also fax documents.

Very nice workaround.
