Windows setting wrong monitor as No.1 Monitor.

So this is my problem, I upgraded to Windows 8.1 pro the other day, and when I was installing all my old software I was going to record with OBS (stream software) but my monitors seem to be mixed around and OBS is only going to record programs No.1 not No.2

    Here are screen shots.
This is my Main monitor, but its classed as No.2 monitor.

This is my monitor that is at the right of me, witch somehow is set as monitor No.1 ...

thanks in advance for any help :)

    regards,
    Andrew

Unfortunately, you told us nothing about your computer or the graphics card you are using.

    You might consider swapping cables.

Or preferably, check your card's own control panel menu. I have a NVIDIA card running two monitors, and within NVIDIA's control panel, I have the option to pick which monitor I want as Primary. This overrides any initial BIOS/Chipset setting. This can result in the initial boot splash screens, and booting into Safe Mode come up on the wrong monitor, but that is typically no big deal as all is sorted once full drivers are loaded when Windows fully boots.

If you are using AMD graphics, then you need to look in Catalyst Control Center.
