Lenovo thinkpad, internet drops out & no bluetooth

I have a Lenovo e530c thinkpad, had no issues but over the past few months the bluetooth wont work and the wifi drops out and goes to "no internet" then comes back on after a couple mins. The laptop came with win 8 and I thought it maybe an issue with the operating system so I put Win 7 pro on and the issue is still there. From looking on the net the Intel pci card has a few connectivity issues. Mine is the N2230. If i try and reinstall the drivers i get the following error "no bluetooth device was detected please make sure your bluetooth device is plugged in". The card is firmly in and screwed down, looking on the net other people have similar issues but nobody can solve it!

Seems like the Wireless and the Bluetooth have some conflict problems .. Still it should work to a degree ..

Take it you Function keys work .. What does F9 do ?

Have you checked in the BIOS to see if it is Enabled ...
