Multimedia key stopped working for some reason

Hi, i am using Esperanza Titanum Ranger TK105 which has some multimedia buttons. They worked fine with Winamp until i tested a keyboard for my friend, Esperanza Dallas. It had more multimedia buttons than mine, and they worked fine too. Then Windows Update said to install some HID Drivers, and i tried to install them and boom. The button stopped working. The button i use the most.

nd i don't know how to fix it. I tried everything. Uninstalling drivers, replugging the keyboard, everything works except tis one GODDAMN BUTTON.

The driver it told me to install was LifeWorks Technology Group LLC - Input - USB Human Interface Device.

    So, can anyone help me?

I tried looking up the keyboard to find information on it but I can't read the language the websites are in. I would of thought their would be software drivers you need to install to use multimedia keys. Maybe go to device manager and roll back driver.

Just watched a YouTube video on unpacking the keyboard and doesn't seem to have disk. So would think windows provides it.

I've seen that site, they doesn't have drivers. It's a generic keyboard, which works after plugging it in.
