    Plan Settings for 'High Performance'.

So I was browsing around the plan settings for 'High Performance', and I found this little nugget:

Hard Drive turns off after 20 min?

    What does this means?

    Should I change it?

    Thanks in advanced.

It will put the drive into "park" ie not spinning, the drive will still have power but use alot less of it and it will improve the life of the drive also.
