    When turning on my acer laptop I am getting this message the user profile service failed to logon user profile cannot be loaded and it is my only user how can I get it working pls

    Hello and welcome seaweed mate to get the system specs just download Speccy or HW Info and run them even the model number would be handy because it means we are working in the dark here without the specs.
    https://www.piriform.com/speccy or HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < make sure it is the correct bit version
    One thing you can do before that is start in safe mode (power up and tap F8) and run these
