    Hello ahmadysf!

Has anything happened before this problem? Un update, power surge, reformatting etc.?
    Have you tried:
    - checking all cables (when PC is powered off), reseating them, making sure they are working and correctly connected
    - going into BIOS and checking if the drives show up, their settings and mode, they'd need to be in AHCI mode

Also, has this problem happened after installing something?
If so, go into safe mode, uninstall it, use a software to clean the registry from the entries associated with the certain software(s) and then boot normally.

    Hope any of this helps!

I haven't installed any software so far, the wondering point is that two local disk I can access, one of them contains windows os, and the other one is just normal drive. Two other drives which I can't access are having highest capacity. I have gone through different suggestions posted on some website, but yet I am having the same issue.

    Thanks for your response

can you guys give me advices what to do in order to get access to those drives

    thanks

    Hi again!

This is to see if I understand correctly.
You have four drives, one has the OS and second is just for storage, these two are accessible in the system in normal mode? But the other two drives, which have bigger capacity and you can't access?
Please correct me if I am wrong!
Are these two drives, you can't access new or do they have information on them? You are able to access them in Safe mode, but not normal mode?
What do the drives show you in BIOS and what type are they exactly?

All this information can help a lot!

    Of course!
Which BIOS version do you have?
In the 1984-2009 version you go into Standart CMOS Features, under which your drive should be listed with its mode. By pressing Enter you would see the drive's characteristics.
In the newer BIOS your hard drive settings should be under Boot.
Also, answering the questions from the previous post would be appreciated in order to help solving your case!
