    Cannot Access Optiac DVD+RW -7250HATA Device


    I received the following message in device manager: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"

    Can anyone advise me on this?

    Here is the usual fix for a Code 19.
    Delete the upper and lower filters in the registry
