    I think I did a custom install. But, it said the firewall for Comodo was enabled in the Action Center.

    Yes, I did. It seems as if it when it is disconnected from a Microsoft account, it goes straight to sleep as set to. But, when it's connected to a Microsoft account, that is where the problem is. I guess I should have explained that to Acer. So, do you know what I can do to fix that issue? Also, I still haven't received that wireless card.

    That is the first time you have mentioned about the Microsoft account .. Was that the way it was also in the past with the sleep problems ? ... I will check the Mail on Monday ...
