It could help us quite a bit if you can post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management showing how the drive appears in any other working PC and also a screenshot of the exact error message when you try to access it. It would also be of interest to see how Partition Wizard sees it on that PC.

The only thing that I would advise now is to remove the active flag on the System Reserved partition on the problem external drive.
Connect your external drive, run Partition Wizard, right click on G: System Reserved>modify> Set inactive >Apply.
Check whether it makes any difference.
