disk structure is curropted or unreadable

    It could help us quite a bit if you can post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management showing how the drive appears in any other working PC and also a screenshot of the exact error message when you try to access it. It would also be of interest to see how Partition Wizard sees it on that PC.

    .

    The only thing that I would advise now is to remove the active flag on the System Reserved partition on the problem external drive.

    Connect your external drive, run Partition Wizard, right click on G: System Reserved>modify> Set inactive >Apply.

    Check whether it makes any difference.

    Hi new to forum due to this exact problem. What was the result? Did it work? Hate reading posts that suddenly end like this.
