    I've tried many solutions like;
    -downloading FIX IT that provides in other forum

    -etc.

    Now I'm frustrated in fixing it

    Click start, click control panel; then once in control panel; click on device manager under system and security; then click device manager; check to see if it shows up there in device manager. If it does; right click on the device and uninstall it; then reboot; then hopefully windows will re-detect it and reinstall it. Once it does reboot again and see if that solves the issue. If not; post back.

    Hi there.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles with your drive. Did you tried what matts6887 suggested and does it resolved the issue?

    I hope it did, but in case it didn't you can download the WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool and run an extended test to see if there are any errors detected by the software. You can download it from here:
