    Bluetootch dongle not working properly

Hi! i got a bluetootch dongle bought from "Clas Ohlson" on the box it says: Bluetooth 4.0 mini adaptor. on the back of the box it says the following:

    Bluetooth specification: v 4.0 (compitable with v2.0/v3.0)
Operating range: 10 Meters class II
Bluetooth frequency range: 2.402 GHz-2.480 GHz
    Interface: USB compliance
Opertating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.

i have windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit btw.

what i first did when i got it was to plug it into the computer. It automaticly installed the drivers. But there are no bluetooth icons showing up either in device manager or on my icons. When i search in computer there are only a few things showing up and nothing that has helped me.
I have tried to go into services and start the bluetooth there, but nothing helped

Although when i go into devices and printers it is listed in devices as CSR8510 A10 and properties show it as Bluetooth radio...

    Manufacturer is Unavailable.

    Model is as i said CSR8510 A10

    Model number is Unavailable

    Categories is Bluetootch radio

    and description is unavailable.

The soul reason why i want this is so that i can use a dualshock 4 wirelessly for my pc so i can play games like Dark souls and such without having to use keyboard and mouse.
