How to connect TV Cable to PC and watch it there.

I have no DTH or SetTopBox connection. My TV connects to a coaxial cable. I change TV channels through my TV remote control.
I want to connect the TV Cable to PC, through PCI card or USB device and watch TV in PC.
What hardware and software I need to get to do that.

You need a tuner , either a card for a desktop or a USB for a laptop and split the cable that goes to the TV. Take a look at this site Hauppauge. Art.
