Just thinking.
The only other thing I can think of is Speccy and your motherboard bios are not getting along with each other. I wouldn't change anything because things are working.

my pc had a lot bluescreens (over 50 in 3 months). I checked the RAM with Memtest. Every module had over 15 passes and 0 errors, so i guess the ram itself is fine. BUT: i used the ram from my old pc, it's 2x 4GB -> no errors anymore (in 1,5 weeks test-time). But when i use my "new" ram...
I have a Pegatron Violet6 motherboard. There are four memory slots, and I have four 4-GB sticks of RAM.
I've been having a lot of BSODs lately, so I decided to test my RAM again.
Putting in one stick at a time and running memtest86+ gives:
Slot 1: All four sticks test okay and show 666 MHz...

Is there any impact on the performance of a laptop under the following scenarios:
1) 6GB of toal RAM - 2GB in one slot and 4GB in another slot
OR
2) 8GB of toal RAM - 4GB in one slot and 4GB in another slot.
(ofcourse 8GB is larger than 6GB ........... but ......... I cannot...
