Partition disappeared from My Computer and Disk Manager

I had a partition to my C: drive labeled the E: drive which has disappeared out of nowhere, it's a SSD so I don't know what has gone wrong.

You have an SSD drive; one partition was given drive letter C, another partition was given drive letter E, correct? Or, was that 2nd partition assigned a drive letter, yea, nay? How are the partitions being made? Windows' Disk Manager or a 3rd party program? Are there other devices which acquire drive letter assignments when plugged into the computer? If explorer suddenly cannot see the partition, stay tuned, other techs will enter here and give you some advice.
