HardDisk Hangtime when the HD beeps (Help)

Hello, I just need information with this issue
I bought this Hard disk around December 28+ 2014, it started beeping around the 3rd week of january.
The sound of the beep of the hard disk is low beep, but the time it beeps, thats the time my pc hang for a min.

    HardDisk: Seagate 1TB Baraccuda
    PowerSupply: Cougar SL 600Watts
    Memory: Kingston HyperX Black 1800mhz/4gb
    CPU: i5-3470 Overclocked to 4.0ghz

The image shown above there are numbers and letters which is ill explain it by their character.

#1: that was the time i boot up my pc and starting HD Tune Pro.
#2: That was the time i Open GoogleChrome 64bit.
#Letter A: That was the time my harddisk beeps and freezes my desktop about EXACTLY 1 Minute(Observe the pic)
#3: The time that google.com showed up and open new tab for facebook.com.
#Letter B: That was the time that had another hangtime in 1 min.
#4: The time facebook showed up and start checking the newsfeed
    #5: keeping scrolling down.
    #Letter C: hangtime again.
    #6: Browsing
    #Letter D: hangtime
#7: that was the time i closed GoogleChrome
    #Letter F: hangtime in 1 min -_-
    #8: I was idling for 3 minutes

Its been days since i record the timing of the hangtime, and i concluded that the hangtime was exactly 1 minute.
I cant play games from steam, but the application that i can open is Photoshop/etc, and no bigger than that, but sometimes i Open VMware and boot up Kali Linux, and we know that it cost a large Read/write speed but it doesnt have a problem, although it hangs when i open application on kali linux.

So yea, this is the problem that i have, i want to hear your opinion about this, i was about to buy a new harddisk(WesternDigital 1TB year:june/2014) just in case.

If u need more information, just let me know.

    Hello akiraaisha!

I assume all of these programs are installed on to the Seagate drive. It's beeping sounds every time you activate an application and the hanging time would most probably mean bad sectors on to which crucial OS data is written, thus the occasional exact 1 minute hang, and the drive is in the process of failing.

I would suggest you look in to the manufacturer's site for a software to check the drive's health and decide what to do on base of the results.

    Good luck!

Identifying and troubleshooting hard drive noise issues

    drives have no speakers.
Although they can make odd noises.

Have you run the seatools diagnostics?
